Options for Radical Recovery
New Clients
What To Expect
Wellbridges Health Center functions as a bridge to optimal health between conventional, pharmaceutical based medicine and integrative, functional medicine.
We will offer you solutions to problems that you didn’t know were available, to solve the health issues that often conventional medicine deem uncorrectable or does not recognize are important to you.
Our team stands ready with personalized support, education, and enhanced health care for you. When you bring completed forms and health records, along with a list of all medications & supplements that you take or have taken, we will begin the process of guiding you to a radical recovery.
How Do I Get Started?
Step 1:
Call our office. One of our Client Care Specialists will answer your questions, explain what it means to become a member, and help you determine if we are the right fit for you and if your case is a good fit for our services at Wellbridges. If you are, we can schedule your initial consultation with us during this call. We have limited openings for new clients.
Step 2:
We will send our forms to you by email or send paper copies to you at the time we set up your appointment. You will need to complete these forms entirely before your visit and bring them the day of your appointment. We reserve the right to require an additional visit, at your expense, if the forms have not been completed at the time of your appointment.
Live outside of the area?
If you live outside the local area of Naples/Bonita Springs or are a part-time resident, we can still work with you. We need to have you in our office for the initial consultation, as well as once a year if we are continuing any pharmaceutical medications. This ensures Deb Post ARPN and the team can provide the best possible care plan and support for your health. Some follow-up visits are able to be conducted by phone as needed. If we are not prescribing medications or ordering insurance based lab work we do phone consultations for people anywhere in the world.
What About Insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider, therefore all payments are due at the time of service.
We will provide a detailed super-bill, which you can submit to your insurance provider at the time of the visit. We are not a Medicare provider for payment, so you cannot submit your super-bill for payment to Medicare. We can however, order Medicare labs from Medicare vendors such as Quest and Lab Corp to allow some of our external services to be covered by Medicare.
Health Savings Accounts typically cover our services.
