Karen Lauchlan, RN, LMT
Karen is a gifted therapist with over 30 years experience and has taken opportunities to work in the U.K. and Saudi as well as several American States. She is originally from Scotland, and spent many years working and training in the Boston area. She is licensed in the state of Florida as both an RN and Massage Therapist. Karen completed her instruction in CranioSacral Therapy and Lymphatics at the Upledger Institute. She is versed in a variety of massage modalities, including sports, chair, acupressure, myo-facial and relaxation.
Karen not only has great professional skills but also has the personal experience of illness and the need to nurse herself back to a state of vibrancy after being diagnosed with chronic fatigue and multiple chemical sensitivity in her mid 30’s. It is because of the lifestyle changes that she needed to make that she now understands the complexities of regaining that healthy balance.
Her passion lies in environmental toxicity and, in this day and age, none of us can escape this reality. This is often overlooked but frequently is at the root of many chronic conditions.
When she is not helping her clients gain knowledge to help them make healthy choices, Karen and her husband are active in their church. They enjoy their two dogs and raising chickens
